These Terms and Conditions govern access to nordedge.ca and purchases from NordEdge Canada. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

We aim to display accurate product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, fabric composition, availability and prices. Screen settings and lighting may affect colour appearance. Measurements may vary within reasonable manufacturing tolerances. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you and provide the remedies required by applicable law.
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable GST, HST, PST or QST and shipping charges are calculated and disclosed before order submission. NordEdge will not add mandatory non-government charges that were not clearly disclosed before purchase. Promotional pricing and discounts are subject to stated conditions and applicable advertising law.
Before submitting an order, you can review and correct products, quantities, sizes, delivery information and charges. Your submission is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. We accept the order when we send a shipment confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. We will provide an electronic record of the transaction that can be retained or printed.
All orders are subject to availability and verification. We may refuse or cancel an order before shipment for legitimate reasons, including stock errors, obvious pricing errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, resale activity or legal restrictions. If payment has been captured for a cancelled item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Any statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Payment is processed through authorized third-party payment providers. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that billing information is accurate. Payment providers may conduct fraud and authorization checks under their own terms and privacy practices.
Current shipping destinations, processing times, methods, charges and estimated delivery periods appear in the Shipping Policy and at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Title and risk transfer as determined by applicable law and the carrier arrangement. If delivery is materially delayed, contact us so we can investigate and provide any remedy required by law.
Our voluntary return and exchange program is described in the Returns and Exchanges Policy. Restrictions must be disclosed before purchase. These policies do not limit statutory rights relating to misleading representations, non-delivery, defective goods or other rights that cannot be waived.
Promotions may have start and end dates, eligibility rules, exclusions and usage limits. Unless expressly stated, discount codes cannot be combined, applied retroactively or redeemed for cash. NordEdge may correct or withdraw a promotion affected by error, fraud or abuse, subject to applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend an account when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or enforcement of these Terms.
If you submit a review, photograph, logo, artwork or other content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and that the content is lawful, accurate and does not infringe another person’s rights. You grant NordEdge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use content for the purpose for which it was submitted and, for public reviews or promotional submissions, to display it in connection with NordEdge’s business. Personal information remains governed by the Privacy Policy.
NordEdge names, logos, product content, photographs, graphics and website materials are owned by NordEdge or used under licence. They may not be copied, modified, distributed or commercially used without written authorization, except as permitted by law.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape content without authorization, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
The website may link to third-party services. NordEdge does not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Third-party terms may apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or imposed by law. NordEdge is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use where such exclusion is lawful. These limitations do not apply to liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections applicable in the consumer’s province or territory. Any dispute forum provision is subject to applicable consumer law.
